SECONDARY COLORS
The secondar colors are those colors that can be made by mixing two primary colors. They are: orange, green and purple. We used shaving cream that was tinted with paint: red, yellow and blue. This project was created on our art tables... everyone got a glob of each of the primary colors and then we exerimented to see if we could make the secondary colors. Ms Gilpin had a recipe to follow on the board so that we could follow that to make the secondary colors too :) We also read the story Mouse Paint which helped us to understand the mixing of colors! What a fun, eventually clean project - we smelled nice too :)
